Our patient portal, MYIO, allows you to electronically access your patient account, view future appointments, pay copays and deductibles and access other information about your care.
ENROLLMENT OPTIONS
1. Enroll during your next visit to BASICS Group Practice
2. Call our office during business hours at (301) 420-1972
3. Email our office at records@basicscounseling.com
Once registered, you will receive an email or SMS/text to finish the enrollment process. After you complete those steps, you will be directed to log into the patient portal.
Your invitation email will be valid for 7 days.
